ABOUT ME
Bio
For as long as I can remember, there are two things that interested me more than anything else: stories and people. Creating a brand's voice and market presence through the customer experience has become my passion. I love to ask questions, dig deeper, and use multiple channels to tell and distribute a story.

As CMO of the company I co-founded, IdeaScale, I launched numerous brand advocacy programs, including our first ever user conference, our annual awards series, our annual customer report, our customer webinar and podcast series, an automated brand advocacy program, and more.
